"We went on this adventure with our family of four: me, my husband, my 17 year old son and my 12 year old daughter. We went on a three-hour tour in which three of us took turns driving. It was 102 degrees outside but we didn't really get that hot. Mike, our guide, supplied plenty of water and snacks. He also supplied goggles, which we all had to wear to keep the dust out of our eyes. We visited Indian ruins, a ghost town and learned about desert plants and animals. So not only was it fun, but it was educational too. I have to say that Mike is a perfect example of what customer service should be all about."
